It’s easy to switch from tablet to laptop. The pen holder is a bit of a problem. It snaps off easily and can be easily lost by accident.

The keyboard cover that is used for typing is defective, replaced once already in hopes it was hardware but the same results. The issue is double typing many characters and the space bar sometimes not providing a space but just listing the language input English in my case.

I will not be purchasing any more of these for our company and frankly and very disappointed in this. Many folks have complained about this defect on the Samsung.

I couldn’t imagine the screen being any better but it is absolutely vibrant! The only thing I miss is the fingerprint sensor for logging onto apps.

The pen is terrific and I bought the keyboard case and love it. It even holds the pen. I still wish the pen was held within the tablet like it used to be.

The tablet is expensive, but like they say, you get what you pay for.

This tablet does not disappoint. And don’t forget about Dex. I use the tablet for media consumption, not work, but it’s there for those that need it.

The only down side is the keyboard. Very touchy and is not secure, when docked with the keyboard. The keyboard viewing angle should be better, with the ability to make adjustments, would be beneficial.

Also, the pen holder on the keyboard, is a poor design, and the pen keeps dropping out. I don’t think anyone in their right mind would design and build this without trying it out.

Not very well thought out. Had this for a month now, read the manual, online information and experiment, to learn of find all the functions and features.

Everyone should read as much information to be well versed in its capabilities. Having both, has helped with automation of all my gadgets at home.
